When you call us, we ask alot of specific questions about your delivery...
Questions like:
Where are the pick-up and delivery locations?
Are there stairs at either location? If so, how many flights? Is it a spiral staircase? Are the stairs indoors, or outdoors? Is the staircase unusually narrow?
Are you located in a Condo, Townhome, Apartment, or House? Will we have an easy route to the front door? Is it a long distance to your door, from where we will be parking our vehicle?
Will we have access to an elevator? If so, will the items fit?
Are there any front door/interior doors that are excessively narrow or small? So much so, that we will have difficulty getting the items in or out of your home? Did your prior mover have any issues with moving this furniture?
Have you spoken with the Property Management or Security regarding scheduling the delivery? So that we will have access to the building, elevators, your unit, etc.
Does the furniture have any glass doors, shelving, tops, etc?
If it is a sofa, is it a sectional? How many pieces? What are the dimensions? Is it a sleeper sofa? Are there any recliners inside?
Will you be at the pick-up location when we arrive? If not, have you scheduled the seller to meet us there? Have you arranged for a partial delivery payment to be left with the seller, if you won't be there?
